The apartment is well furnished. The Metro station is very close and a 10 minute walk is the city of arts and sciences. Recommended.

It is a beautiful, spacious accommodation with everything you need. We did not miss cutlery or other items that are usually missing in other Airbnb. To highlight that it has air conditioning which improves the stay in summer. I consider that it had two drawbacks, a location neither particularly close to the beach nor particularly close to the center (in its favor to say that it is very well connected with public transport and that from the beginning you know where you are going, there is no deception). The other drawback I would say is the lack of windows throughout the house, since it is a first floor (a kind of reconstructed local because the front door is at street level). Although it has a lot of artificial lighting inside. Finally, I give a recommendation, fence the entrance with a fence to give a feeling of greater separation between the street and the house and that is like a small outside entrance. In short, it is a good accommodation.

Well located, we walked to the important sites and rented bicycles quite close, including one for a child. Quiet place with adequate accommodations. Only recommendation, change to teflon pans to make cooking easier.
